How do I return my Cotopaxi Más Vida items?

We hope you love your Cotopaxi Más Vida purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of purchase. Returns for Cotopaxi Más Vida merchandise are not accepted in our stores at this time. To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order ID ready.

Please include the return authorization email inside your return package, and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package.

Note that we are unable to combine returns from Cotopaxi and Cotopaxi Más Vida. If you have an order you would like to return from Cotopaxi.com please head to the returns portal here.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. After it’s processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days to see the credit in your account after we release it.
